Football Go - Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to Football Go, a mobile game developed and operated by Cool Singularity (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Football Go, including all related games, websites, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service immediately.
2. Eligibility and Access
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service. In certain countries (e.g., EU, UK), users under 16 may require parental consent under local data protection laws. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts and Security
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact contact@coolsingularity.com immediately.
4. License and Ownership
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal entertainment only. All rights, titles, and interests in Football Go remain the property of Cool Singularity. You acknowledge you do not own any virtual items, in-game currency, or progress. These are licensed, not sold.
5. Virtual Items and Purchases
Football Go may offer in-game purchases, including virtual items, upgrades, or currency. These virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged or refunded. All sales are final, except where required by law. Fraudulent or abusive activity may lead to account suspension or item revocation.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: use cheats, bots, or unauthorized tools; modify or hack the Service; harass other users; post illegal content; sell accounts; exploit bugs; or violate local laws. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
7. Privacy & Data
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, LGPD, PDPA, and other applicable laws.
8. Parental Control and Children’s Privacy
Parents or guardians must supervise children under their care. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If a child has provided personal data, contact contact@coolsingularity.com for deletion.
9. Updates and Modifications
We may update or change the Service at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations or illegal activity. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and items.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
12. Limitation of Liability
Cool Singularity shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts, unless otherwise required by local law.
